Dr. Tolbert This is a good resume. All of the Generals holding a position with the Trump Transition Team should get the chance to review your resume; the fact that they were vetted gives me some comfort in the Chief of Staff’s decision-making process.

We are asking everyone on this email to share their knowledge on the law as to how “We the People” can build our wall to protect and defend our homeland. After all it is OUR country – Right?!?

President Trump,
We the People of the United States must Unite to Build the Wall to protect and defend our Homeland!
We the People are the Sovereign – This is OUR homeland. The elected in DC do not own the United States of America – they need to be reminded of that fact. It is very apparent the elected reject our Constitution and the will of the people. They violate their oath of office AND fail to follow our Constitution every day. We the People must unite to protect and defend our country and BUILD THE WALL!!
Congress is in violation of Article 4 Section 4
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence
Congress is in violation of Article 1 Section 8
To provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions;
To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the militia, and for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States, reserving to the states respectively, the appointment of the officers, and the authority of training the militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;
With that being said……….
We are investigating the requirements to create a fund and build the border wall – We have started working on a Go-Fund-Me page for this purpose, but need to know the legal process to make this happen.
Everyone knows neither the Democrats or Republicans are going to build the border wall that we so desperately need to protect and defend our homeland. President Reagan gave amnesty to illegals under the terms the border would be secured. This was back in 1986. It is almost 2019 and the border is less secure than it was back then. Not to mention the human trafficking, drug trafficking and terrorism are much worse today than back in 1986.
President Trump is trying to secure the border and build the wall, but Congress refuses to follow our Constitution and take action. Thus, President Trump needs our help to get the wall built to secure our homeland.
We the People as the Sovereign Government of the United States of America must get engaged and protect our homeland. We the People must build the wall on OUR homeland.
If federal and state governments refuse to protect and defend the people, than the people must step up and get the job done. It is OUR country – not the elected.
I am reaching out to your organizations to help make this happen. I need information on how we the people do this? What papers must be filed for the people to build this wall or how do we raise the funds and ensure the federal or state governments use the funds for the border wall and nothing else?
