Part 2-We are one with God all creation matters.
WE ARE ONE WITH GOD, ALL CREATION MATTERS!
DO NOT LET POLITICS CHANGE YOUR CALLING.
Matthew 22:14 “many are called, but few [are] chosen.”
Under God…was added in 1954
The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag: “I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”,
In the last days Jesus knew that He was to return as one with His Father. He was transfigured and the Holy Spirit indwelled within all creation.
Dr. Tolbert is a teacher of the U.S. Constitution, an Apostle, a Retired Master Sargent, and he has degrees in Business, Theology and Education.
In the last few weeks he has written articles on;
WAS AMERICA BUILT ON CHRISTIAN DOCTRINE?
“Muslims or Islam…is it a religion or is it a law? Is it really a Religion, and how does it compare to Christianity?”
“Did our original 13 States understand and respect the Bible and how does this differ from being a Muslim or a US Citizen?”
And he discussed: “What makes Muslim race Muslim? If it is a religion, what makes it a religion? If you’re of a particular race, you cannot change that, you are born to that race, but not religion. Religion you can change, but not race. I say Muslim is a race. Is Arabic or Middle Eastern a race too? Is Islam a religion? According to Islam teaching there is no Christian race, but its religion is contradictory to their beliefs because it’s not a religion. A Christian embraces all of God’s creation.”
Since he published this article there have been multiple shootings and deaths to Americans. The Press and other organizations want to make these killings crimes against certain ethnicities, calling the crimes racial yet not explaining the real intent of division and destroying the Christians and our Nation under God.
The Constitutionality Crisis
The meaning of “Constitutional”
This site is concerned with the Constitution for The United States of America — the U.S. Constitution — and thus we define ‘constitutional’ as: being in accordance with, or authorized by the United States Constitution. Thus, when we speak of ‘unconstitutional’ laws, we refer to laws that are not in accordance with nor authorized by the United States Constitution. References to ‘government’ mean the federal government of the United States.
The Constitutionality Crisis is facing the United States of America and our rights to restoring the Constitutional government. The federal government routinely violates constitutionally-protected rights of both its citizens and of the states making up the union. The legislative, executive and judicial branches of the federal government are all guilty. We are to the point where government sees no practical limits on its actions. Unless something is done — and soon — the United States of America is doomed as a republic. In compressed form, here’s what this site covers.
1. It is far too easy to pass unconstitutional laws.
2. It is practically impossible to repeal unconstitutional laws.
3. There are many unconstitutional laws on the books.
4. The Supreme Court has permitted vast, unconstitutional expansions of government power.
5. We need a mechanism, outside of the federal court system, to invalidate unconstitutional laws.
6. It is the right and responsibility of the states to provide that mechanism.
The problem can be remedied, but only by changing the way we pass laws and the way we determine whether laws are in fact Constitutional or not. To understand what’s needed to fix this very broken system, we must first understand how we got into this mess in the first place.
Three Critical Questions:
Here are three questions to ask ourselves:
1. Does the Constitution empower the Supreme Court to judge the constitutionality of federal laws and regulations, and uphold or strike them down as the court sees fit?
2. Does the Constitution prohibit the states from determining the constitutionality of federal laws and regulations, and uphold or strike them down as they see fit?
3. What does the Constitution have to say about the powers not delegated to the United States federal government by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States?
The answers to the above questions are these:
1. No. The powers of the U.S. Supreme Court are listed in Article III, Section 2. There is no mention of judging the constitutionality of laws and regulations in Article III, Section 2.
2. No, the Constitution does not prohibit the states from exercising this power. In fact, nowhere in the constitution is the judging of laws to be constitutional or not even addressed.
3. For this answer we refer to Amendment X which states: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
The questions are:
Does Islam have a place in the USA? No
Is Sharia law in the USA unconstitutional? Yes
Is the racial tension +created by and exploit by the Obama and Islam? Yes
Is there a link between the Knights of Templars, Masons, Islam, Jesuits and the Black Power movement/Black Panthers? Yes
The continuation of article concerning Knights Templar, Islam and Masons would require intense research and hours of reading, however these sites can be reviewed and the readers would conclude that there is a direct correlation to the unrest in America and the World as movement by the illuminati’s are instigating the divisions between ethnicity religions and God’s creation.
“A group called the “Black Power Political Organization” took responsibility for the Dallas attack, the London paper, “The Mirror” reported Friday.”
Is there a correlation to the movement and the name change of the black panthers to Black Panther Party”? The letter said of the original group, “operated on love for black people, not hatred of white people.”
Indeed, the original Party was a militant, but non-racist left-wing organization, which operated free breakfast programs for poor children and community health clinics for their families. Party members also engaged in several high profile and deadly confrontations and shootouts with law enforcement at a time when many in black and brown inner city neighborhoods bitterly complained about police brutality.
The “African American Revolutionary Party,” was founded in 1966 in Oakland, California, by Huey Newton and Bobby Seale. The party’s original purpose was to patrol African American neighborhoods to protect residents from acts of police brutality. The Panthers eventually developed into a Marxist revolutionary group that called for the arming of all African Americans, the exemption of African Americans from the draft and from all sanctions of so-called white America, the release of all African Americans from jail, and the payment of compensation to African Americans for centuries of exploitation by white Americans. At its peak in the late 1960s, Panther membership exceeded 2,000, and the organization operated chapters in several major American cities.
