Walking Your Vision part 3
Introduction
It is important that you look at how you can better serve Our Father. You should learn about each position of the Assembly or Fellowship Center, and their requirements and where you can be better utilized in the Assembly. One day when Our Father calls you to be the Pastor of your own Assembly you will be prepared.
Introducción
Es importante que usted mire cómo usted mejor puede servir a Nuestro Padre. Usted debe aprender acerca de cada posición del Centro de la Asamblea o la Confraternidad, y de sus requisitos y donde usted puede ser utilizado mejor en la Asamblea. We must understand where there is fear there is no faith. There are no shortcuts, you need to take these steps, and there is no elevator.

We should understand that no matter how many schools we go to or the college degrees we receive we never graduate, there is always more to learn, you will however get a PHD, “PEACE, HAPPINESS AND DIRECTION”

The Pastor is the CEO of the Assembly and he/she may be called by different names beside the Pastor, however it is their vision that is given to them by Our Father that defines the direction of the Assembly and for its members.
El Pastor es el director general de la Asamblea y la él/ella puede ser llamado por nombres diferentes al lado del Pastor, sin embargo es su visión que es los dado a por Nuestro Padre que define la dirección de la Asamblea y para sus miembros.
If becoming a Pastor is what Our Father has in store for you, this material will provide you with valuable information and insight. It is not just enough to want to be a Pastor. You must also prepare yourself spiritually in addition to acquiring the proper knowledge.

We must be aware of our surroundings such as community needs, as well as the individual needs of our members. Being aware of this element cannot be chanced upon nor will it come by luck. It must be revealed. Your vision must include how you’re going to make positive changes to the structure around you through spiritual prayer, fasting, and understanding the natural organization created by man.
Debemos estar enterados de nuestros alrededores tales como las necesidades de la comunidad, así como las necesidades particulares de nuestros miembros. Está enterado de este elemento no puede ser acaecido sobre ni lo hace viene por suerte. Se debe revelar. This material will help you to form a plan that will give you a better understanding not only of the will of Our Father, but also how others will see your ability to lead them in doing Our Father’s work. This material is the blending of the business world’s structure and its relationship to being an Apostle, Evangelist, Pastor, Prophet or Teacher within the structure of a Assembly. In addition, these principles will also apply to the Deacons and Elders as well as other positions within the Assembly as Our Father calls you to a higher level.
Esta materia lo ayudará a formar un plan que dará usted una mejor comprensión no sólo del hace de Nuestro Padre, pero también cómo los otros verán su habilidad de dirigirlos a hacer Nuestro trabajo de Padre. Esta material es el mezclar de la estructura de mundo de los negocios y su relación a es un apóstol, el Evangelista, el Pastor, el Profeta o el Maestro dentro de la estructura de una Asamblea. The ideas in this material are a mixture of what is learned in holding positions in many different organizations, and although touched upon if you pursue a M. B. A. or Doctorate Degree, these are more of first line experiences that will help you attain your goal while you pray and fast seeking Our Father’s knowledge, wisdom and an understanding heart. Remember praying is talking to The Ever Living, Meditation is The Ever Living talking to us. If you do not sit still and listen you will not hear. Praying never ceases.

We have laid the steps out in numerical in order for you to take notes on each item, so that you can acquaint yourself with your own personality and how it interacts with others not only in the surrounding of your congregation, but also how you can influence the upward mobility of yourself and the members of your Assembly.

Be aware of your surroundings at all times, for the human eye judges the natural person and you’re seldom judged by the discernment of the spirit nature.

If you’re called upon to be a minister of one or all of the five gifts this material will help whether it is as a Pastor or other position within the scope of seeing a church reach its goal as laid out by the Bishop or Pastor you’re serving under. Your vision and the community must parallel each other or your accomplishments will be few.

Although the structure is based on five-fold ministry the steps can be applied to any denomination. After reading the book any positive comments would be appreciated.

A. After fasting and praying and receiving the spiritual revelation on the direction The Ever Living has chosen for you, go to work for the Assembly that offers you the greatest challenges. If you’re in any type of non profit organization regardless of your current position always volunteer for the work that is most challenging to you.

B. There are several important reasons why you should challenge yourself to rise to the next level. All of your upward mobility in the Assembly will be based upon others seeing you striving for the higher level or calling. You should never limit your goals, because in doing so you limit The Ever Living. All chances of advancement and later your monetary benefits will be based on how people perceive your willingness to take on new tasks that may have been previously unknown to you. Your ability to challenge yourself will take you to the next level and The Ever Living can then better utilize your hidden talents.
