Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the LORD, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts.
Dr Tolbert will protect the defenseless, balance the energy of intense people, tend to the lonely and serve the helpless.

Both my copy editor Ms. Vilet Dye and I, Apostle Charles Frederick Tolbert extend our blessings for the work you are doing as the President of The United States of America protecting our Sovereign States.
In January 2017, our Lord God instructed me to write articles and present information to you. We have written single articles to multiple articles one of which is provided herein.
As a Doctor of Education, retired Master Sergeant and Pastor, I follow the instructions of our Lord, “The Father-The Son-The Holy Spirit” as one God. Our Father knew that I needed assistance and placed Ms. Dye as the Copy Editor to review and to insure what I write is
grammatically correct as Moses was provided Aaron and Miriam.
In my 76 years, being in a body of Christ, I had not submitted my resume to any organization yet our Father instructed me to send my resume to you, and John DeStefano acknowledged the receipt of my resume.
Our Father has now instructed me to travel to Trinidad in September and He instructed me to write this cover letter requesting your consideration that I be the temporary Ambassador in Trinidad for the United States of America from October 2018 to February 2019, after which I am to be a member of your staff to insure that the senior citizens, independent voters (NPA) and veterans that equal over 40% of our population would vote for you as you have been assigned by God to protect our Christian Nation.
Although I am No Party Affiliated, God has informed me that since temporary Ambassador in Trinidad does not require Congressional approval, members of congress would be more supportive in February of my being on your staff regardless if the position was Secretary of Education or the Veteran’s Administration to personnel adviser.
