IN REFERENCE TO A DEBATE FOR CANDIDATES
FOR UNITED STATES SENATE.

Number one; I do not believe in debates.

Number two; I believe in open forum. It’s a proven fact that a Forum is far more effective and productive than a debate.

Number three; Each candidate gets five minutes to present their position.

Number four; Every attendee gets to place one question in a box where 9 questions will be drawn in alphabetical order. Each candidate will answer one question.

Number five; Each candidate separately walks around the room and people in the audience can come to the candidate and ask them direct questions.

This is the only way I would conduct a meeting of candidates, because I believe it would be discriminative, and bias, and would not be correct for the nonparty affiliated and the Independent candidates.
Because it’s a violation of the Constitution for me to have to pay to present my rights and views under the first and 14th amendment, I will not be able to attend unless you ask me to be a guest speaker or allow me to present my candidate forum without having to pay.

A brief introduction to Dr Tolbert:

Taking donations is unconstitutional since 501c’s violate the first amendment. Dr. Tolbert does not take donations because he believes it does more harm to the community than good.

Dr. Tolbert served in Vietnam and his father served in World War II.

Dr. Tolbert received numerous Army commendation medals, numerous Bronze Star Medals and several Meritorious Service Medals and awards while serving 22 years of military service, then retired as a master sergeant.

Many Americans are not aware of the fact that the President works for the people. As president, the commander and chief works for congress.

Even though the current executive branch is misguided, Dr. Tolbert believes that Congress has breached their constitutional responsibility and therefore he is running for US Senate.

In addition, he filed anti-trust violation suit against both the Democrat and Republican parties. Even though the political parties may not respond, he believes the American people will bring the system back to the constitution.

Dr. Tolbert has been a pastor since 1999, and was caring for senior citizens from 2001 to 2013 in his home in addition to getting two graduate degrees and a doctorate degree in education.

DR. TOLBERT HAS QUALIFIED AS A WRITE-IN CANDIDATE.
