MOTHER

I CAME FORTH INTO THIS WORLD BLIND.

I HAD NO KNOWLEDGE.

I WAS NAKED, COLD AND SCARED.

I CRIED OUT OF FEAR OF THE WORLD AROUND

ME.

I WAS PLACED INTO YOUR WARMTH AND WAS

NURTURED BY YOUR BREAST.

I WAS SECURE BECAUSE, I KNEW YOU WOULD

PROTECT ME.

AS I GREW FROM A SMALL WONDERMENT, TO A

CHILD. YOU TAUGHT ME TO WALK, TO HOLD

MY HEAD UP, TO COUNT MY BLESSINGS AND

MOST OF ALL, YOU TAUGHT ME THAT MY

DESTINY WAS TO BE FOUND IN THE BIBLE.

YOU GAVE ME THE FAITH I HAVE, THAT AS

LONG AS MY ACTIONS WERE THOUGHT OUT BY

ASKING MYSELF, “WHAT WOULD JESUS DO

(WWJD)?” THEN MY DECISIONS THROUGHOUT

MY LIFE WOULD ALWAYS BRING

RESPECT HOME TO YOU.

YOU GAVE UP THE BEST YEARS OF YOUR LIFE

SO THAT I COULD EAT,

GET AN EDUCATION AND PASS ON YOUR

TEACHINGS TO MY CHILDREN.

YOUR SACRIFICES HAVE NOT BEEN FOR

NOTHING, BECAUSE LONG AFTER YOU’RE IN

HEAVEN, SITTING BY OUR FATHER, YOU WILL LOOK

DOWN AS ONE OF HIS ANGELS, AND YOU WILL

SEE THE FRUITS OF YOUR LABOR.

MOTHER KEEP FAITH, THAT EVEN WHEN I SLIP

AND SOMETIMES FORGET YOUR TEACHINGS, I

AM NOT A LOST SHEEP AND I HAVE ONCE

AGAIN JOINED HIS FLOCK, BECAUSE OF WHAT

YOU TAUGHT ME.

I LOVE YOU, MAY GOD SEE THE GIFT YOU

HAVE BROUGHT HIM. YOUR CHILD!

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY FROM THE CHILDREN

HERE AND THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.

THOSE WE NEED TO SAVE FOR THE FUTURE

AND LIFE EVER-LASTING, WILL BE SAVED, BECAUSE OF YOU.

The spirit man

Posted on May 6th, 2012 in Articles | No Comments »

 The spirit man

What is spirit man?

The Word of the Lord declared who stretched out the heavens, laid the foundation of the earth, who formed the “spirit man” within him” (Zechariah, 12:1), (Heb.1:10) who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the man’s spirit within him? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.  (1 Corinthian 2:11). (Job, 15:8).
1  Corinthians, 15:23, tells us that the spirit man is a permanent covenant from God with man which reassures us daily, we all belong to Him, and He will not leave nor forsake us, and one day will return to Him forever. We are spiritual being the breath of God has made us, and the breath of God has given us life. But each in His own turn: Christ, the first fruits; then, when He comes, those who belong to Him” (1 cor. 15:23), (Matthew, 16:27).

Why would the spirit of man return to God upon death?

The Bible states, that, “God” will resurrect the dead. I don’t believe that He will put life back into the dust. From dust we came and dust we shall return. So at death the body eventually decomposes, and God’s spirit returns to Him. In Ecclesiastes, 12:7, (Luke, 23:46) clarifies this statement: Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was, and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. That is, the spirit of most people will be with God already, and those who are in the body at the time of the resurrection, God will draw all spirit within Him. I am in the Father, you are in ME, and I in you” (John, 14:20), (John, 14:10) This means that we all go back to God for it is His own Spirit which lives within us and give life. Remember we are the temple of the Holy Spirit, that is, the temple (flesh) is made from the dust. The temple eventually has to go back to where it came from which is dust. God does not communicate with flesh, but with His own Spirit which dwells within every man.

Destruction of the first temple (symbolization of destruction):

The First Temple built in the tenth century before Christ, King Solomon, the son of King David, built it, and is  referred to as the Jerusalem Temple, Solomon’s Temple, and the Holy House. The Babylonians, led by Nebuchadnezzar, destroyed the First Temple by fire in 586 BCE” (2 Kings, 25:8-9), (Jeremiah, 52, 12-13). The second temple of Jesus rebuilt as the Holy Spirit indwells in every man that is, with love. A building is no longer the temple, but man, thus he carries the Holy Spirit within. I live yet not I the Christ in me lives” (Galatians, 2:20).

24 Issue 233 2011-2012 www.BrowardLifestyles.com

We the people for

a better America . . .

have a responsibility to defend our rights. Few, if

any individuals covered by the media have served

this great nation by defending our rights of freedom.

It is not the federal, state or local government’s

responsibility to feed the people in America. It is

the responsibility of the Citizens to form a better

America without lobbyist or government intervention.

We the people, not the government have this

responsibility.

Just as businesses out source jobs to other countries,

we the people have outsourced our children’s

education; we have allowed the government to

misinterpret the constitution. Consider a new

school system.

The two party systems have failed. We the people

must form a new system. A third political party

made up of citizens for a better America which

would make government more competitive.

Politicians have become richer at the expense of

the poor and middle classes. No one serving the

people should, while in a political offi ce, benefi t

personally from the holding of such offi ce that

they were elected into for the purpose of serving

the people.

Citizens, stop supporting individuals with your

time and money who are only running for offi ce

for their own political gain, but support those who

will defend your constitutional rights of freedom

to educate and teach your children your own ethical

and moral standards.

It is about time that “we the people” stand up and

use that what God gave us. Our future is derived

from the use of that which we have learned. To

believe in our current system of governmental

operation would require re-writing history. Educating

our children to spend everything we may

have accumulated and counterfeit money to spend

more. Create jobs that produce nothing and compensate

everyone with play money. As simple as

it is, our leaders should all be required to play the

game Monopoly. Forgetting about basics and representing

those who have superior judgment is a

serious crime against you, me, our children and

our forefathers.

1
Corinthians 1:10

[ A Church Divided Over Leaders ] I appeal to you, brothers and
sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one
another in what you say and that there be no divisions among you, but that you
be perfectly united in mind and thought.
Corinthians
3:21

So then, no more boasting about human leaders! All things are yours.
Hebrews
13:17

Have confidence in your leaders and submit to their authority, because
they keep watch over you as those who must give an account. Do this so that
their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no benefit to you.

Hebrews
13:7

Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the
outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.

AMERICAN CITIZENS.!.!.!Barack Obama’s 32 Month Report Card

Posted on January 5th, 2012 in Articles | No Comments »

THIS WILL BLOW THE MIND OF ALL GOOD

The president’s job approval remains mired below 50%. (46% – Fox News Poll, April   22-24) Most Americans believe the country is still in a recession. (83% – Fox News Poll, April 22-24) People strongly think the country is moving in the wrong direction.  (59% – NBC News/WSJ Poll, April 13-17) Nearly two-thirds of Americans believe Obama’s policies have either hurt economic conditions in the country or had no impact. (63% – NBC News/WSJ Poll, April 13-17) Less than one-third of Americans believe that if President Obama is re-elected, economic conditions in the country will be helped. (31% – NBC News/WSJ Poll, April 13-17)

AMERICAN CITIZENS.!.!.!

Barack Obama’s 32 Month Report Card

by Rich Carroll

Copy this article. You will need researched material to mail your liberal friends and/or relatives.

Mr. Hope and Change wants to create a nation humbled; humiliated, casting-aside capitalism and individual freedoms or one where “we the people” are
government controlled.

This would be a system that genuflects mediocrity, steals personal aspiration and opportunity, and punishes those who strive to succeed.

A gallon of regular gasoline the day Obama was inaugurated was $1.79 on average in the U.S. Today that price is $3.59, a 100.6% increase. The number of food stamp
recipients has risen since Obama took office from 31,983,716 to 43,200,878, a 35.1% jump.

Long term unemployment soared 146.2% during the same 32 month period from 2,600,000 to 6,400,000. Staggering “hope and
change” isn’t it?

American citizens living in poverty have risen 9.5% from 39,800,000 to 43,600,000, and the number of unemployed has jumped almost 25% from 11,616,000 to
14,485,000 as of August 31, 2011. The number of unemployed blacks has risen from 12.6% at the end of George Bush’s term to 15.8% today, a 25.4% increase, and finally, our national debt is up 34.4% from 10.627 trillion to 14,278 trillion
*Keep these figures in mind as we recount the number of

“firsts” for this presidency:

First President to refuse to show a valid birth certificate.

First President to apply for college aid as a foreign student, then deny he was a foreigner.

First President to have a social security number from a state he has never lived in.

First President to preside over a cut to the credit rating of the United States .

First President to violate the War Powers Act.

First President to be held in contempt of court for illegally obstructing oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico .

First President to defy a Federal Judges court order to cease implementing the Health Care Reform Law.

First President to require all Americans to purchase a product from a third party.

First President to spend a trillion dollars on shovel-ready jobs and later admit there was no such thing as shovel-ready jobs.

First President to abrogate bankruptcy law to turn over control of companies to his union supporters.

First President to by-pass Congress and implement the Dream Act through executive fiat.

First President to order a secret amnesty program that stopped the deportation of illegal immigrants across the U.S., including those with criminal convictions.

First President to demand a company hand-over $20 billion to one of his political appointees.

First President to terminate Americas ability to put a man in space.

First President to encourage racial discrimination and intimidation at polling places.

First President to have a law signed by an auto-pen without being present.

First President to arbitrarily declare an existing law unconstitutional and refuse to enforce it.

First President to threaten insurance companies if they publicly speak-out on the reasons for their rate increases.

First President to tell a major manufacturing company in which state they are allowed to locate a factory.

First President to file lawsuits against the states he swore an oath to protect (Az, WI, OH, IN)

First President to withdraw an existing coal permit that had been properly issued years ago.

First President to fire an inspector general of Ameri-corps for catching one of his friends in a corruption case.

First President to appoint 45 Czars to replace elected officials in his office.

First President to golf 73 separate times in his first two and a half years in office.

First President to hide his medical, educational and travel records.

First President to win a Nobel Peace Prize for doing NOTHING to earn it.

First President to coddle American enemies while alienating Americas allies.

First President to publicly bow to Americas enemies while refusing to salute the U.S. Flag.

First President to go on multiple global apology tours.

First President to go on 17 lavish vacations, including date nights and Wednesday evening White House parties for his friends, paid for by the taxpayer.

First President to refuse to wear the U.S. Flag lapel pin.

First President to have 22 personal servants (taxpayer funded) for his wife.

First President to keep a dog trainer on retainer for $102,000.00 a year at taxpayer expense.

First President to repeat “the Holy Qur’an tells us,” and openly admit “the early morning call of the Azan (Islamic call to worship) is the most beautiful sound on
earth.”

Remember that 32 months of Obama White House we the people have accumulated national debt at a
rate more than 27 times as fast as during the rest of our nation’s entire history, as the Obama’s plan their next
extravagant vacationto the Indonesian Island nation of Bali . Hope and change anyone?

Issues: Some of my ideas…Your thought, input or comments

Issues: Some of my ideas…Your thoughts, input or comments

Bring back draft-all 18 years serve one year

  • A military draft is beneficial because it expands the military in size and  age range. A draft provides a quick way for the military to expand its size  because of the thousands of people who will be required to join. The military  will also benefit from fewer expenses in advertising for recruits. Military drafts help to reach young people who may not be in touch  with their government system. People in their early 20s will be required to join  the military and learn about how the government functions. Young people are also  strong and can bear the military life longer than those who are  older.

Discipline

  • Discipline is a benefit of a military draft. The intense military training  and drills produce discipline in those who may lack the skill. Draft recruits  will learn how to awake early in the morning, keep a tidy living space and  follow those in authority. Young people who are drafted will benefit from  learning how to respect military officials and themselves. The physical training  in the military teaches men and women how to discipline their bodies for better  health. They may continue to discipline themselves and stay healthy after  leaving the military.

Superpower

  • A benefit of enlisting a military draft is to secure America’s status among  other nations. WashingtonMonthly.com published an article by Phillip Carter and  Paul Glastris called, “The Case for the Draft.” The authors state that a draft  helps America remain as the world’s superpower. A modernized draft would ensure  that everyone in the country participates, including the privileged. If everyone  participates, the U.S. military will remain one of the largest in the world. The  article suggests creating a large number of ground troops with a draft.  According to the article, an all-volunteer military will not help American  remain as a superpower in the 21st century.

Train and release, after review, individuals incarcerated except for murders, rapist and child molesters, in return they commit to four years of duty to help protect America in foreign lands. Upon receiving a honorable discharge four years of college or cross trained in to another field.

According to the advocacy group, Consensus  Building Institute, the rising rate of prison releases is becoming a major  concern for agencies that are directly involved in the reintegration process. It  drains their resources. To help in the efforts, the federal government signed  the Second Chance Act into law on April 9, 2008. The purpose of the law is to  allow the public and private agencies to get funding from the federal government  to provide assistance to the ex-offenders.

  1. Housing Assistance

    • Unless an inmate has a family to go home to, one major problem for an  individual just released from prison is having a place to live. The National  Reentry Resource Center has a nationwide database of transitional housing, sober  living homes and even affordable housing available to ex-prisoners. The agency  also has lists of many other services.

    Career and Vocational Training

    • Career One Stop is a program sponsored by the United States Department of  Labor, Employment and Training Administration. Its goal is to provide  opportunity to ex-offenders to learn or update their skills, further their  education and develop their careers. The department partners with community  colleges and training centers to provide affordable education to individuals who  come out of prison.

    Employment Assistance

    • The National H.I.R.E. Network educates ex-offenders about their legal rights.  Some employers have the tendency to reject a job applicant who has a criminal  record. In many states, the employers are prohibited from denying jobs to  applicants based solely on their past convictions. The agency also gives  guidance to those with criminal records to help them prepare for the application  and interview process. It provides training and assistance to agencies that help  the ex-offenders find employment. H.I.R.E. stands for Helping Individuals with  criminal records Re-enter through Employment.

    Mentoring and Spiritual Guidance

    • The Association of Gospel Rescue Missions provides a variety of assistance  not just to the homeless but also to the ex-offenders. There are rescue missions  in almost every state in the country. The missions provide emergency and  transitional housing, food, clothing, employment assistance, health care  assistance and mentoring. Their goal is not just to provide for the physical  needs of a person but also to spiritually nurture the  individual.

Each person would have a new mortgage of equal to, or lesser than, the true market value of their home.

Each house that is mortgaged would have a fixed 2 to 3.5 per cent interest rate (depending on their ability to pay) on their mortgage and the payments would be amortized over 40 years.

Your Health! It’s components:Physical/Nutrition/ EmotionalYou are a spirit in a fleshly body. Are you taking care of yourself?

Posted on December 9th, 2011 in Articles | No Comments »

http://www.cfacs.com/health_index.htm

Your Health!

It’s components:

Physical/Nutrition/
Emotional

You are a spirit in a fleshly
body. Are you taking care of yourself?

There is no one simple answer or solution for the integration of technology
into the educational system. Neither is it relevant which topic the facilitator
teaches, because the multimedia that the teacher chooses is flexible. Group two
decided to present, “Physical Fitness and its
Components,”
because the subject is not only important to the class but
also relevant to society. The amazing fact about the topic is that it allows
each member to provide his or her own individual slant and input. The fist student was
responsible for the physical exercise; the second prepared a presentation on
nutrition, and I prepared the presentation on emotional and mental health.

The integration of the three components (physical,
nutritional, and mental),
the usage of multimedia using learning styles
(Dunn & Dunn), in addition to insuring that Blooms Taxonomy with relevance
to computer tools were also integrated throughout the presentation would test
the groups knowledge and imagination.
After assignment of responsibility the
important question was, “How do we present our findings?” The group focused on a
Web-site presentation, but we were limited in knowledge and time to learn how to
construct a Web-site from scratch. We considered Pageout but we soon realized it
was limited in its ability to add links and that the student did not have access
to features which would be needed for the presentation. The group then focused
on Front page, unlike Pageout, Front Page did allow for expansion and linking
other sites, but because of time limitations it was eliminated. The problem
seemed unsolvable. If the group wanted to present their project using technology
and a Web-site presentation we had to search for a site that was already
constructed that could be modified for the presentation.

It became clear that since I had a Web-site, www.cfacs.com, it
could be expanded to host this group project. After discussion the group elected
to ask the host provider, Earthlink, how we could add a page with links to the
different topics. It was determined that a page could be created which could be
accessed by www.cfacs.com/health. This page could not
only be useful for this group project but also was needed by Cfacs, Inc to teach
the importance of being physically fit as well as spiritually knowledgeable.

The group members started gathering information while coordination was being
provided by Earthlink technicians, AIU library personnel, Information Technology
Advisers from AIU and Cfacs, Inc. Web-site advisers. Questions concerning the
Web Home Page, links to other sites, HTML usage, addition of Power Point
presentation and Word Documents had to be considered. Thought also needed to be
given to the unreliability of the network at AIU and an alternate plan should
there be a system outage on the day of the presentation. Can a presentation of
this type be backed up on a CD and the CD be provided to the students if either
AIU or Earthlink’s system were not operational?

Can a project be prepared in fewer than five weeks and be constructed
with relevance to the course requirements? And what are these requirements? The
project must first be educational. The student must be entertained and still
learn. The presentation would need to incorporate Dunn & Dunn learning
styles. We would need to find ways not only for the student/learner to see the
presentation (visual), to hear the presentation (audio), but also we would want
the learner to participate in the exercise as well as link to the web site and
follow the presentation on their own personal computer. A
form was constructed which enabled the learner to perform their own
self-evaluation and if needed to seek medical guidance prior to any physical
fitness program or diet change.
This form and the related exercise
provide the learner with actual performance of the exercises (tactile). The
group would participate in the learning simultaneously and learning station
would not be used, although they could have been incorporated into the
presentation, due to time constants they were not considered.

Special consideration would need to be given to the bandwidth and time
constraints of transmitting the data to the students. The current bulletin board
Pageout system and the Internet were used to transmit information and post
ideas. E-mail was used for the transmission of ideas and data that was added to
the Web-site. Class time allowed the group to exchange ideas and brainstorm. In
addition, when needed, the group received tutoring from several outside sources.
Bloom’s Taxonomy with Relevance to Computer Tools was given
consideratio
n in the construction and presentation of this project.
Researching the Web was done extensively in order to find relevant information
that would enhance the presentation. Credit would be given to the author of any
information used, and this information would be compared to the current
knowledge of the student and facilitators. The objective was to insure that all
possible means of teaching were considered and each method was evaluated to
insure its adaptability to not only class room instruction, but also to home
usage. Each aspect of the presentation was analyzed to insure its compliance
with course requirements and that the presentation could be duplicated both
inside and outside the classroom.

Comments or recommendation by the learners/students were to be posted on
Pageout for the group and other students to read. Adjustments were to be made
from these comments by Cfacs, Inc. and they would decide whether or not to make
this project part of their permanent Web-site.

Schools today throughout the world have come to the conclusion that
teaching begins earlier than what was original thought. This idea of teaching
the pre-school and even in home teaching should cause the parents to re-evaluate
how soon and what they should provide their children. Technology has reached
back into the lives of our very young allowing them to be entertained and
educated at the same time. It is even more appropriate that knowing how to apply
the principles of Dunn & Dunn’s Learning Styles
to this young group of learners is of the utmost importance. What
concerned us is that teachers may not apply tactile teaching to this young group
of children between 3-7. We agreed that teachers need to be informed, keep
current, and be observant of the child’s behavior. In doing so they should not
take the fun out of learning. We can see by reading the articles that the
application of Blooms Taxonomy at the lower level hopefully will come up with a
means of evaluating the success of their observations. In the same breath
technology can be use to teach all ages the importance of health.

Multi-media is moving into the home as well as the work place, not only
will our children need to be educated concerning the application of the tools
required to operate this new means of learning but the parents will have to be
re-educated so as to keep up with their children. We saw that time is one of the
most valuable commodities available to an individual. Therefore time management
must be given the utmost attention.

Teaching students regardless of age will soon be done more at homes than
in classrooms and in addition Companies must learn to adapt to these changes in
their teaching environments. However teachers will still need to be able to
interact and direct the learner’s activities. Someone will need to facilitate,
direct, coordinate and evaluate this new learning. But how? Teachers will have
to be re-educated in order to train and oversee this technology. Throughout the
article the reader should find the applications of the theories of Bloom Taxonomy and Dunn & Dunn, but more than that, the
reader should gain a greater understanding of the impact of multi-media teaching
in our society today.

Workstations do not resemble the presentation
given by our group on Hurricane preparation. The workstation is our computer and
all those wires that link it to the outside world. One of the first things that
were given to Charles when he came into the ministry, was not to look for a
building to teach from, but looks to teach the world (God’s arrangement). Cfacs,
Inc. started with tapes and videos and went directly to the Web, several years
of writing, reading, studying, and learning coming together in one place for one
purpose to teach the Word. It is amazing how learning technology, theology, and
education in order to fulfill the great commission is being used today. This
article tells it all. We are just a small part of the future. You are part of

write-in candidate ( Charles Frederick Tolbert Ed.D.

Posted on November 23rd, 2011 in Articles | No Comments »

A write-in candidate is a candidate in an election whose name does not appear on the ballot, but for whom voters may vote nonetheless by writing in the person’s name. Some states and local jurisdictions allow a voter to affix a sticker with a write-in candidate’s name on it to the ballot in lieu of actually writing in the candidate’s name. Write-in candidacies are sometimes a result of a candidate being legally or procedurally ineligible to run under his or her own name or party. In some cases, write-in campaigns have been organized to support a candidate who is not personally involved in running; this may be a form of draft campaign.

Elections for President and Vice President of the United States are indirect elections in which voters cast ballots for a slate of electors of the U.S. Electoral College, who in turn directly elect the President and Vice President. They occur quadrennially (the count beginning with the year 1792) on Election Day, the Tuesday between November 2 and 8,[1] coinciding with the general elections of various other federal, states and local races. The most recent presidential election occurred on November 4, 2008, with the next one scheduled for November 6, 2012.

The process is regulated by a combination of both federal and state laws. Each state is allocated a number of Electoral College electors equal to the number of its Senators and Representatives in the U.S. Congress.[2] Additionally, Washington, D.C. is given a number of electors equal to the number held by the smallest state.[3] U.S. territories are not represented in the Electoral College.

Under the U.S. Constitution, each state legislature is allowed to designate a way of choosing electors.[2] Thus, the popular vote on Election Day is conducted by the various states and not directly by the federal government. Once chosen, the electors can vote for anyone, but – with rare exceptions like an unpledged elector or faithless elector – they vote for their designated candidates and their votes are certified by Congress in early January. The Congress is the final judge of the electors; the last serious dispute was in the 2000 election.

The nomination process, including the primary elections and the nominating conventions, were never specified in the Constitution, and were instead developed by the states and the political parties.

Write-in candidates rarely win, and votes are often cast for ineligible people or fictional characters. Some jurisdictions require write-in candidates be registered as official candidates before the election.[1] This is standard in elections with a large pool of potential candidates, as there may be multiple candidates with the same name that could be written in.

Many states and municipalities allow for write-in votes in a partisan primary where no candidate is listed on the ballot to have the same functional effect as nominating petitions: for example, if there are no Reform Party members on the ballot for state general assembly and a candidate receives more than 200 write-in votes when the primary election is held (or the other number of signatures that were required for ballot access), the candidate will be placed on the ballot on that ballot line for the general election. In most places, this provision is in place for non-partisan elections as well.
